Main Course:

Maple-Glazed Roast Chicken

With fresh thyme, lemon butter and pan jus

Beef Short Rib

Slow-cooked, served on truffle mash with broccolini and red wine glaze

Sticky Date Pudding

Warm and rich with bush honey butterscotch sauce and whipped cream

Bubbling Squeak
Crispy potato and sweet potato hash with wilted spinach, roasted tomatoes, a soft poached egg, and smoked hollandaise. Comforting and hearty — our signature start to the season.

Popcorn Chicken & Mini Waffle
Buttermilk popcorn chicken on a warm waffle, glazed with spiced maple. Crunchy, juicy, and a little indulgent.

Bacon Jam & Egg Slider
Streaky bacon, house-made bacon jam, and a golden fried egg on a toasted milk bun. A sweet and savoury winter classic.

Local Honey Rice Pudding
